DIGI TAC evolution

DIGI TAC evolution NET-01 is the first unit in the high-performance digital tachograph series that Nivel Electrónica S.R.L. is bringing to market, with innovative new features.
Its functions and capabilities are the result of more than 10 years of experience with this type of equipment, shaped by the needs and suggestions of our users.
It is a true vehicle monitoring system, made up of three basic elements: the DIGI TAC evolution NET-01 digital tachograph, the data capture system and the processing software.

General features

LCD Display: Displays control parameters instantly, such as speed, RPM and speed charts, plus a multi-function menu giving access to all of the unit's features. It uses 3 colours to flag anomalies visually.
Aluminium-alloy metal housing, DIN format: Designed to DIN standards, it can be installed flush in the vehicle's dashboard, becoming part of it and keeping the cabin looking neat.
Wide-receipt thermal printer (58 mm, 8 dots per mm): Prints instant report receipts as well as speed charts for the last 24 hours, second by second, with RPM activity indications, which can also be viewed on the display.
12 / 24 volt power supply: Can be installed in either 12 or 24 volt vehicles. Maximum consumption of 100 mA.
Analog and digital inputs and outputs: Six in total, for connecting sensors of various types, such as temperature sensors, door-opening sensors, fuel consumption sensors, etc.

Special features

Keys: Authenticated Supervisor and Driver keys holding detailed information on the trips made. Encrypted to prevent tampering or copying.
Information: Personal information stored on the Driver's own key, such as pre-programmed geographic driving zones.
Supervisor: The Supervisor can update Drivers, GPS zones, the maximum speed and the Tachograph clock.
Speed: DIGI TAC evolution NET-01 handles 250 speed-restriction zones pre-programmed in the unit, alerting the driver in real time on entering each one with an audible warning (which can be spoken, using the voice module) and a light signal.
Maintenance: Vehicle maintenance service function. Tracks maintenance of 5 different items on the vehicle, for example: oil change, tyres, brake pads, shock absorbers, etc. Technical maintenance services can be scheduled.
SD card: Data download via standard SD card (for both the Tachograph and the GPS).
Analysis software: Free analysis software included, with the option to download information via the Web and manage it in a data centre, keeping historical data on your fleet and Drivers available.
Updates: Firmware can be updated in 10 seconds. This allows installed units to be upgraded remotely with new features in the future.

Optional Extras

Fuel consumption and refuelling monitoring: This Russian-technology system monitors refuelling and fuel consumption. Proven worldwide with more than 100,000 units installed, it is the perfect complement for monitoring fuel in the vehicle.
Data download via GPRS (cellular modem): This module allows information from both the Tachograph and the GPS to be downloaded remotely.
Wireless download: Wireless RF download module for ranges of up to 1000 metres.
GPS: Latest-generation 50-channel GPS module.
State-of-the-art programmable 3D accelerometer: Records acceleration on curves and vehicle jolts on rough or unpaved roads.
Sound system: Adds voice to all indications and menus, making it easier to learn all of the Tachograph's functions, helping the Driver while driving and minimising distraction at the wheel.
Engine: Engine protection functions.
